I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Cricket Wireless. The customer service was very poor, and the employees I dealt with were not helpful, respectful, or professional. From the moment I asked for assistance, I felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously. What should have been a simple customer service experience turned into a very frustrating situation. Instead of trying to understand my problem and find a solution, the employees made me feel like I was bothering them. Good customer service should include patience, respect, clear communication, and a genuine effort to help customers, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I have been a customer and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. It is extremely frustrating to spend money on a service and then receive such poor treatment when you need assistance. Employees represent the company, and experiences like this can make customers lose trust in the business. I hope Cricket Wireless takes complaints like this seriously and provides better training and supervision for its employees. Customers should not have to feel ignored, disrespected, or frustrated when asking for help. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location or the customer service I received. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Purchased a phone and they offered progressive leasing and the girl didn't explain nothing to us just said we would have the phone paid in 3 months and own it but we're actually paying $3,000 for a phone that cost alittle over $1,000 . horrible service and employee should be alittle more knowledgeable before offering things.
