  Service is good when I bought my cat to check. Dr was nice and assistants but they don't really follow up and expect you to call them. Done test and costed us almost $800 just lab and vaccine and was told that my cat need dental gave us a quote for $3k. I was researching and thought there should be cheaper than $3k. Sure enough I found this animal hospital in Brookfield, took my cat 2 extraction with cleaning for $600+. Some animal clinic don't really care about your pet well being and just want to take your money so if you need dental go to Merrick hospital.

  The care at VCA seems good for the most part. However, they will try to up charge and push unnecessary tests for your pet.

  Experience was good, I went for free check up, got food and checkup for my puppy. My only complaint is they mislead you to thinking somethings are included. Which they are not! I despise when they really try to push things onto you, like, you know if you're dog isn't fixed, it can cause cance4, or you need to pullnthe baby teeth, they haven't fallen out yet. I mean, im here cause I wanna be, stop trying to scare me into a sell. Also, you know by law you hafta get this shot, like geez

  I didn’t have a good experience at this Vet. They didn’t call me with my cats tests results on Saturday even when they knew she tested positive for Giardia. By Sunday night my kitten was unresponsive and had to go to an emergency vet. She had a very high fever and almost didn’t make it. $4k later she is back home with me, thank goodness. Even on Monday I had to call them twice to talk to a vet to get the results. You are just a number to them. And Manny, the office receptionist was rude to me when I was rightfully upset about them not calling with the results. How could I not be upset when you just put them in your vet’s file to all ‘ when she gets back to work’?! That is crazy! Hand the results to the vet working that day or call yourself. I almost lost my kitten because of lack of attention to detail.
