  I didn’t have a good experience at this Vet. They didn’t call me with my cats tests results on Saturday even when they knew she tested positive for Giardia. By Sunday night my kitten was unresponsive and had to go to an emergency vet. She had a very high fever and almost didn’t make it. $4k later she is back home with me, thank goodness. Even on Monday I had to call them twice to talk to a vet to get the results. You are just a number to them. And Manny, the office receptionist was rude to me when I was rightfully upset about them not calling with the results. How could I not be upset when you just put them in your vet’s file to all ‘ when she gets back to work’?! That is crazy! Hand the results to the vet working that day or call yourself. I almost lost my kitten because of lack of attention to detail.

  Dr. Moody and his assistant were really extremely helpful! My dog got bitten by tick and I was extremely worried. Dr. Moody the entire VCA staff showed care for my dog and made sure he received the care he needed. We visited a few vet clinics in the West Loop and this one by far is the best!

  Took my cat chase for the free coupon,would pay 300 usd for blood work i feel that the coupon was a lure no follow up on blood. Work just said he has kidney issues no guidance never saw the doctor again hopefully i shall find vets that are not on a money grab and have a passion for what they do,will never go back

  They refused to see my sick cat even though I had an appointment. I am left trying to find a place that can see him and scared he won't be alright. Terrible service

  Dr. Moody and his assistant were really helpful in caring for my cat. He suggested multiple treatment options and cared about her wellbeing. I've visited VCA West Loop Veterinarian many times and Dr. Moody is the best, highly recommend!
