this is an amazing place to spend thousands of dollars on a vacuum that can be brought to its knees by a single cat hair. i've spent innumerable hours of my precious life sitting on a mound of dust and dead skin trying to figure out how to help this modern engineering miracle recover from a tiny pebble that made it instantly try to off itself.

The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I tried to order a new filter for my Dyson Slim 12 coreless a year ago but they were out of them so I got on a wait list and never got an email, so I just kept checking. Finally found it this year but then they were offering a new HEPA filter which is better for my allergies but of course they are out of it. they put me on their wait list again. This will be my first and last DYSON product.

Bought a Dyson hair wrap and right after purchase all attachments started to fell off. Specially uncompfortable when they are hot. I contacted their support service which was almost impossible to do due to not picking up calls on their side and constantly talking with a robot. I have registered my Dyson on their page got a confirmation about my Dyson and then when I finally got to be in a chat with a manager they told me they my Dyson is artificial I what a surprise since I have registered it on their page and they confirmed It was y real one). Then when I talked with the other manager they confirmed that mine is genuine but I still have no idea if I have a warranty they do not provide me this information. Just saying come to our repairing center and we will let you know if you have to pay for repairing or it will be covered in case you have warranty. Insane service and terrible quality of products.

Dealing with Dyson is impossable. I purchased a hairdryer in Windsor, Md. When I got home, I realized it was the wrong color. I sent back to the store and they said they had to process a return and repurchase rather that an exchange. I have yet to recieve my refund. I called customer service. They opened a case. NO REFUND- I called again today and was told the unit had not been reeturned to them and they opened up another case. I have called the store several times and have yet to recieve a call back.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I gave them 1 star because there was nothing lower.

We bought a Dyson DC17 Animal quite some time ago. My husband has been faithful with keeping the filters clean, as well as the beater bar. Several days ago it was turned on and a new noise came with it. Dyson customer service concluded we needed a new beater bar and belt, but that model has been "retired" and they no longer support it. Here's where the complaint comes. Dyson is leaving their customers to buy something else instead of providing parts for the products they produce. Just because they "retire" a model, doesn't mean they don't have customers out there who have that model and are still using it. The DC17 was $500. A beater bar and belts are probably $50 or less. Won't be buying any Dyson products going forward.
