Horrible warranty service!
I mailed a return for an incorrect item and never got a refund. When I called to inquire, I was accused of sending them an “empty” box. I asked them for the “empty” box back. They closed the claim and said there is nothing else they can do. In other words, they stole my money and kept the product as well.

Products break almost immediately after the warranty runs out. Then they send the wrong parts despite entering the product serial number on the website. Now I have to take more time out of my day to do a video call and prove that the wrong parts they sent don’t fit the machine.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dyson customer service. I purchased a blow dryer that stopped working after only one month. After troubleshooting with your team, I sent the unit back and was informed that it could not be repaired and that I would receive a replacement.
Unfortunately, after waiting approximately three months, I never received the replacement product. When I followed up, I was told the original color was out of stock and was asked to choose a different color. I did so and was assured that my replacement would arrive within 7-9 business days.
It has now been over a month since that conversation, and I still have not received the replacement. I have spent countless hours following up on an issue that should have been resolved months ago. For a premium-priced product and brand, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
At this point, I no longer wish to receive a replacement unit. I am requesting a full refund due to the excessive delays, lack of communication, and failure to fulfill the replacement that was promised. Please escalate this matter and provide confirmation of the refund process as soon as possible.
I expected much better customer service from Dyson and am extremely frustrated by how this situation has been handled.

this is an amazing place to spend thousands of dollars on a vacuum that can be brought to its knees by a single cat hair. i've spent innumerable hours of my precious life sitting on a mound of dust and dead skin trying to figure out how to help this modern engineering miracle recover from a tiny pebble that made it instantly try to off itself.
