    Every Sunday at 1:54 pm my Dyson Spot & Scrub Ai robot leaves its dock and mops and vacuums my 1200 square foot ranch home with no prompting from me. It is an amazing vacuum & mop robot - I programmed it once and now every Sunday it cleans my house! It empties itself of the dirt it picks up vacuuming, and the dirty water from its mopping function. It mops & vacuums my hard floors and automatically switches to vacuum when it encounters a rug. I do have to remember to move a few things out of its way, and I do empty the vacuum port and dirty water port after it's done - but that's all I have to do! It navigates perfectly, has strong suction, and my floors have never looked better. This is an amazing machine! We have 2 other Dyson vacuum cleaners, a Dyson hair dryer, and a Dyson G1 floor washer - all fantastic machines. And the customer service at the local service center is outstanding. Thanks, Dyson!

    Bought the wrong dyson for my wife on xmas , the air straight. then bought the airwrap and returned the unopened box to dyson via fed ex. for a return. They received the return January 15th. Once the two weeks passed after receiving the return i called to check on the return process. I get a different story every time, its been returned, check with my bank, now the biggest loop i keep getting. the card its getting returned to isnt my card or address. i have it on my statement and screen shared through a link that they sent me. Its now under investigation. somehow the card number and address changed on their end idk. Ok ill wait again.... everytime i call back i get stuck back at the beginning it will be returned to card that it was bought from . when i verify the card, its not what they have. and i screen share my account info. well a photo of the transaction. And starts back at the beginning every time i call. thats not the card............. I've called about 5-6 times. and it gets nowhere over and over again its been months. And its about 400.00 but its more the point. If i every buy from them again it will be through amazon for easy return process. so disappointed.

    Dyson has the absolute WORST customer service. I will never buy one of their products again. Mine stopped working and they are impossible to deal with. They are clearly overseas and don’t care. They leave you on hold forever.. I think it’s because they just want you to give up and hang up. I am going on 47 minutes of still holding and all they do is apologize. These companies take their customer service overseas and nothing gets handled. horrible horrible company!!

    I purchased a Dyson rechargeable vacuum directly from Dyson. While they have those records, they don't have the records that showed I called while the vacuum was still under warranty about a HOT battery! I was told to NOT USE the Dyson for safety reasons and promised a new battery. Being over 70 years of age and having three deaths of close family members within a few months, I forgot about the battery. I realize much later that I never received the battery so I called Dyson. However now since the warranty is past and the customer service person (or their computer) failed to document my call, Dyson won't do anything! I will write a letter to their corporate headquarters and if someone there responds appropriately, I will remove this post. Until then, buyer beware.

    Read the reviews. Garbage product, trash service. Purchased a very expensive air purifier/humidifier for the house. H2O Pump failed 4 months later. Reached out for warranty via email. Was told to try specific trouble shooting steps, send pics, & video. Performed all steps with no change. Informed them of the results and crickets, no response for weeks. Reached out again, same thing, was told to perform the same steps, they were informed of results and then no response. Did this multiple times over numerous months until the warranty ran out. Then I was told the warranty was expired and there was nothing they could do. Contacted phone support, was escalated to a supervisor who told me my previous attempts to have the machine fixed under warranty didn't matter as it was out of warranty now and hung up on me. Called back, escalated again, same result. They do a really good job of training their "customer service" employees on how to avoid providing any help whatsoever, no matter the circumstances. Consumers will catch on eventually, charging gold prices for tin products, and refusing to honor warranties will soon land their machiness on discount store shelves worldwide. Will escalate my complaints to BBB & Consumer Affairs, not that it will make a difference. Buyers beware.
