I tried to return a faulty phone and was lied to. Was told the 7 day store return policy only actually was valid for the first few minutes you have your phone in the store. Customer service said they were wrong and he still lied right to my face. Take your business elsewhere, this guy shouldn't have a customer service job. Id rate 0 stars if possible. $360 I paid, very humiliating
