  I went to the store on North Avenue near Austin. I was having problems with my voicemail. A gentleman by the name of Emmanuel had me up and running in no time. He also helped me to recycle old cell phones. Emmanuel is very patient and very knowledgeable. Cricket is very fortunate to have such a good employee. The next time that I need a phone I know exactly where to go. Emmanuel offers 5 star service.
