  Went in having doubts about roaming to Mexico and the people at the front were super polite they helped me in making sure my concerns were addressed as well as hooking me up with a great deal on a tablet definitely will be coming back here 100/10 satisfaction

  I called multiple cricket locations prior to arriving so I could know my out-of-store price. They all quoted me something similar. It wasn’t until I came here (I had the wrong location that I thought I called) that I was told a price by Noelle (accent was thick so I couldn’t understand completely) that was significantly different than what multiple stores quoted me. As I was attempting to check my other phone to see which store I had originally called, I asked for the WiFi password, to which she said “I ignored her when she tried to give it to me earlier”. Which honestly I probably did because I’m not a great multitasker, but nevertheless, I would hope this location isn’t using bad sales practices on us hardworking customers. 3/10. Maybe your experience might be different.
