  I recently went in to pay my bill, but ended up buying a phone instead. The gentleman over there was kind enough to offer a new phone for a great price that I wasn’t expecting. Thank you for your help. The new phone has been working much better than the old one.

  Very poor customer service. I went in to add another line, and instead of simply explaining the 5-line limit, the employee made jokes about it and was very unprofessional. This isn’t my first bad experience at this location. Would not recommend.

  This is the worst cricket store in Chicago, it's never open on time. The owner opens when ever he feels like it ay 12,1,3,and 4 in the evening. People try to go in the mornings to pay there Bill's and they can't because the never opens on time. People literally wait out side for the store to open on time and it never does. This is not good business and its unacceptable because cricket is loosing alot of customers and dont want to do business because and they switch to another company. This place is bad and needs to be held accountable for not opening the on time at 10am. Plz fix this problem that's been occurring the 2yrs
