Returned to cricket wireless early this year, the ladies were so kind and iconic with their services, they helped me switch over from T-mobile since I was paying about $290 or more monthly sooo Great choice to switch back! Every time I go back for assistance the ladies there are so kind and generous to help me out, they have excellent customer service skills. I recently went there today to purchase a new Apple Watch for my brother for Xmas, both ladies attitude were outsiding!! I’m happy to be with Cricket again :) only issue is sometimes the call drops while you’re in a call below ground, hopefully they resolve that soon. I recommend this telephone company to anyone looking for a better deals and a switch.
