Staff here is beyond LAZY and unprofessional. I came in today over a half hour before closing but knew exactly what tv I wanted saw online it was in stock and just needed pointed in the right direction. It would be an in and out process. I asked for help at the front and they walkie takied someone to come help me and no one came to help. I asked two more times because I didnt know if I can just grab the box myself (plus I needed help loading it). No one would come so I ended up doing it myself. Damn near threw my back out. And when I finally get to the front there were about 10 employees just standing in the front doing absolutely nothing with no line. Absolutely ridiculous when I’m spending over a grand on something to have absolutely no help. Manager was there too and did nothing when I made comments about why there’s 10 employees up front but not one person helped me after asking 3 times.
Go elsewhere where employees aren’t useless! Purchase was the night of 5/2.

Decent electronics store with a good range of products. Staff could be more helpful. Prices are standard. Travel tip: Check their website for open-box deals which can save you a lot of money.

I had a great experience at this Best Buy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit easy.
An employee greeted me, walked me over to the camera section I needed, and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. Even though a few items were out of stock, they quickly checked online and provided solid alternatives.
You can tell the team takes their work seriously, and it really shows. I’ll definitely be back!

Worst customer service i have received so far and its from the store’s supervisor Sean. I received a faulty product that i bought from best buy website so i called the customer service and they told me to go to the nearest store. I went to the store asap and Sean was the person that i started talking to. I explained the problem and he gave me two options, one was to pay to get the product fixed (its a software issue, geek squad didnt finalize the factory reset process so the macbook is stuck on activation screen) or to go home and ship it back because he can’t do the return in store. He also suggested me to spend more money and switch from Plus to Total subscription and said that i should not expect to get a fully working product since i bought it used even though it was Geek Squad certified refurbished product. Later when i got home i was curious so i go to the app to see what are my return options, i selected that the product was sent defective and there it was, an option to RETURN IT TO THE NEAREST STORE. Complete incompetence and just laziness to try and help me out.
