    Awful experience. Came in with an appointment for a drop off. Had people come in after us get service before us. Very understaffed. Not knowledgeable. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go to geek squad. You’re better off spending money to get a new device. Good luck.

    Sarah was a life saver!! If I could give her 10⭐️ I would!! Several other “professionals “ could not resolve my iPhone issue and even though it took some time and patience, I am now ready to go on my new phone!! Thank you, Sarah for your expertise and kindness. She is a gem!!

    In past years, the Geek Squad has been great! This year, I've called on them maybe four times. They were unable to help. I needed to have a power switch changed out on my laptop. They no longer do that kind of work in-house, but send it out. Est. time to fix: 2-6 weeks! Uh ... no. I called about having difficulties pairing my new Samsung soundbar. They read me the instructions (that I already had), and said if I needed anything more I needed to contact the manufacturer. Worthless. I will NOT be renewing this year.

    I purchased my computer from Best Buy less than a year ago with that I also purchased Geek Squad protection. Since this time i purchased the computer I have had several things that needed to be repaired. Less than 3 months into owning my computer my speaker was blown. Fast forward not even 7 months later my camera and earphone jack were broken. With all these problems already happening in less that a year and having a warranty my expectation was that they would replace the computer. This did not happen. I have continually had to send it in for repairs. This last time that I had to send it in working with Geek Squad chat to even have it looked at in order to get it repaired was a nightmare. Which was really disappointing because Best Buy has been a reputable company in the past.
