I had such a hard time just simply getting my eSIM card working customer service was quickly to disconnect the call and tell me to go to the nearest cricket store. Which mind you, I had bought the phone online from customer service thinking well they absolutely can help me since I got it online, but after three miserable hours going back-and-forth with customer service I decided to go to the nearest cricket location to me hoping someone anyone could help me understand why a phone I had Just bought Was not connecting to the eSIM that again customer service said it would initially work when I purchased it, again with customer service on the phone. That being said, Veronica listened to me while I vented and I was absolutely saddened by the situation she didn’t give up. I explained to her maybe it was something I did and then she figured it out. She just didn’t give up on me and took the time and I genuinely appreciated that so very much. Again thank you Veronica for going out of your way and helping me today. It’s the little things that really make a difference and she has no idea how much she helped me out and she cared to help me out and didn’t give up. Thank you so very much!!
