I had such a good experience with cricket prior to my latest encounter. We had two phone and I needed a new phone and wanted to add a line. Asked how much to add a line. Note: this was late Friday before they closed. Got my phone set up, set up the new line and when it came to pay, the total was way more than my existing plan and what she told me. I questioned it and she played dumb. She upgraded all our plans to the most expensive. Said I could come back and change it in 3 months. Waited 3 months to change it, next month same bill,. Went in again. Same thing the following month, 3rd time now going in they're saying we have to wait 6 months.

Jennifer was more than helpful and extremely patient as we went thru different phones and options and finances and finally made the purchase of a phone to replace the one that died on New Year’s Eve. Thank you!
