  I had a great experience at this Best Buy location thanks to Aisha! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Aisha, for going above and beyond.

  Came in to buy an item and was pested by multiple employees in the same spot while with my gf (over 4 times) this made my gf very uncomfortable, an employee who was pushy with a flyer insisted on giving it to her despite her disinterest and me telling him no. Your staff made her genuinely uncomfortable Amazon is dominating everything and they need employees to make it look like a functioning store when in reality best buy is in its best form of deterioration. I made this comment at the register just small talk with my gf I guess this hurt the ego of the big bald guy who said "hello" to me. I didn't answer him because I dont like making small talk with weirdos who stare at my gf (who was with me at the time) This comment about best buy having to kneel before Amazon must've really struck a nerve with this guy because he denied me service. Lol I then purchased the item on Amazon for $6 less and moved on with my day. Boy I can't wait for best buy to go out of business. By the looks of the empty store, full shelves, and employees buzzing around like flies I'd say this place has 6 years left before bankruptcy. Long live Amazon theyll get my business. I'll help best buy go out of business by giving Amazon all of my hard earned dollars oh and btw I get my package at 4am on my doorstep. No need to drive to best buy to look at underpaid weirdos who overprice their merchandise But hey, deny me service! That $20 an hour with no overtime depends on it!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy with an employee named Jay. I went in expecting helpful guidance, but he seemed to lack product knowledge and wasn’t able to answer my questions clearly. His attitude felt impatient and unwelcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. I didn’t feel properly assisted, and it negatively impacted my purchase decision. Customer service should be more professional and supportive.

  This is the worse location I had to wait 2HOURS for a TV that I purchased online already - they just cover the whole TV with some clear plastic. And put it on my trunk -when I got home the screen was totally broke with multiple scratches .. tv with no legs and broken remote - They couldn't refund me everything so I ended up losing money & without a tv . That was completely paid. Worse experience.

  Went for an open box speaker advertised as "excellent". Took them 40 minutes to find it and they brought me a cardboard box with just the speaker and a random cable. No shoulder strap. No power brick. No packaging. I asked them to give me the open box "fair" price which was a $10 difference. She then tells me it will be another 30 minutes to update in the system. Couldn't even just credit the account with the difference. Called corporate for the credit and they were useless as well. Absolutely deplorable experience. Useless customer service.
