I generally dont want to bug someone while they are busy and im normally not a chatty guy. She started a conversation that lasted the whole rest of the time i was there. They were just random topics but it was a pleasant conversation. She got me out of my shell and I wasn't awkwardly walking around the store anymore.

The carrier store talked me into buying a new phone, which was expensive. Several months later I took my old phone into ZAGG just to see what it would take to fix it. It needed a new battery and a new screen. They brought in the parts and tested to see if those were the problems and it did fix the problems. The cost of fixing these problems was plenty, but cost less than buying a refurbished phone of the same model. I love having my old phone back and have a new use for it. Thank you ZAGG.

It's kind of an odd ball model, although it has an internal memory 2-3 times larger than most phones on the market, and it has an increadibly fast processor that ya just don't find anymore. I was surprised that Jose said he could replace the screen no problem, and the price quote blew me away. I thought I was gonna end up paying twice as much as what I did to have my phone back. That made my whole day! Jose made my experience stress free and was extremely helpful and polite. I'll definitely be referring people I know to ZAGG when they have repair or operating issues with their phone. I'm a fan✌️
