  They are a great vet to go to! Service is consistently amazing and they have kept out animals in great health for over 10 years!

  Very nice experience. The Dr was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do for my cat and provided me information others haven’t for preventative measures. The staff was very friendly, and the pricing was reasonable compared to what I’ve been charged in the past. I’m very happy with the care my cat was provided.

  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST!! I responded for their free exam advertisement, confirmed it with them yesterday and went in 3 hours before my appointment to pick up a sedative for my cat and specifically asked the dark-haired girl, if "there were any additional charges I would be expecting?" and she said NO! anything additional would be discussed after the exam! but when I get there I have to buy a rabies vaccination and then she tells them that she discussed the rabies vaccination with me when in fact, SHE DID NOT!! I would have rescheduled till after payday instead of wasting my afternoon and going through that if she would have just been honest and admitted sheforgot to tell me, I would have rescheduled but she had to lie!

  Last Thursday, I had to make the hardest decision of my life and put my sweet girl of 12 years down. I was absolutely devastated, but VCA treated me, my kitty, and my family with so much empathy and care. They thoroughly explained the process to us and let me take as much time as I needed with her to say goodbye. The staff made one of the hardest times of my life smooth and simple, so I didn't have to stress about it. I can't for the life of me remember the names of everyone that I worked with, but they were just so amazing, their empathy, kindness, and effort reflected so much on their work. I hope they know how their hard work makes such a massive impact on us in such a terrible time. Thank you VCA staff for treating my baby with dignity and respect. You guys are amazing, thank you :) Rest in peace my angel, you will forever be in my heart.
