Was trying to get on my moms phone plan and she was very rude saying i was not welcome in the store and if my mom and i came to the store she would call the cops on us. I have not spoke to this girl in over 4 years had 0 interest to just wanted to get on my moms plan and she refused to help and made it more complicated. Was very rude and unprofessional the disrespect and childishness is like nothing i have ever experienced with a public business all just because she didnt want to see me. Im very upset with this situation she is very rude and not at all professional, because of her disrespect we had to contact a different store for help where they were amazing and willing to help he also couldn't belive how she was acting and was happy to help us in any way possible. Very grateful for Josh wish more people was like him with there jobs.

Went to Idaho falls, and they helped transfer the phones I had. My mom lives in Ashton, so I told her to take care of this in rexburg. They just told me they couldn't help because it was an online order. Funny, because the Idaho falls store helped me the same day along with the pocatello store helped me. Today, the representative refused to listen to me and my scenario and just repeatedly told me they couldn't help me because they were told they couldn't. Horrible customer service. How about hey, I can't help you, but I'll call manager or a number where we can get you some help. Refused to listen to my problem. Don't go here. Either they are lazy, incompetent, don't care or all of the above. Disgusting customer service.
