We have spent over $1,000 here between TWO different visits our dogs knee is NO better with NO clear diagnosis and now they're refusing to even give him anything for the pain. Zero stars. However, the prices are exceptionally steep compared to other local clinics, making it hard to justify. The front office staff admits that their fee structure is set by the larger corporate ownership and that it's frustrating for them that prices have increased so dramatically. A fairly routine surgical procedure that cost $2,000 2 years ago is now double that price in 2026. In short, excellent care if budget isn't a concern, but prepare for major sticker shock.

There is no reason to do an exam on a pet I am putting down besides them getting money out of an upset pet owner who is extremely sad about putting the pet down. What a horrible policy. Get money out of you right before you lose your pet. Zero stars! Dont go here!

Dr Reijm and Dr Williams are such kind hearted people too. They have taken such good care of my cats. Especially my boys Nova and Vesper. They have the worst anxiety when leaving home and they do make it difficult at the vet but Dr Reijm and Dr Williams have shown such compassion and patience with them. Seriously could not ask for better people. Thank you again for everything you do ❤️
