When if it was there would be no phone store. When I tried to ask some questions I was told im not going to explain my job im doing what u asked. Was told its to complicated for me to understand. And a lot more I will be reaching out to the owner of this location. I will be filing a formal complaint with cricket corporate with this location and I will be reporting to the bbb and fcc. I have never said an employee anywhere needs to be fired they need retraining but this one needs fired. I can only imagine how they treat someone that isn't tech smart.
