  Beware!!.I bought a screen protector.from this place.They put it on wrong and 4 days later it came apart.They blamed me for their mistake and.refused to do anything.The store manager is extremely rude.She also lied to me on one prior occasion.I had an issue with my phone overtime I reset it it would say carrier lock and I would have to reset it multiple times because they gave me an e-sim.I asked for a regular sim card she flat out lied and said oh they don't do that.I called back again and she's like oh we do sell them but there's a charge.Which I had no issue with that was just pure laziness on there part.She was discriminating because she thought I couldn't afford it.I don't know what her issue is.There cell phone service is exceptional.Terrible customer service.Amy just note.I will be reporting you to your boss.This is not how you treat customers.You should take what i said to heart and find a new job.I really and truly hope that your not this way to all your customers.

  If I could give less stars I would. I've never had a company make it harder to give then money. Went in to pay my mom's bill because she couldn't if your ID is expired YOU CANT PAY YOUR BILL the normal way you have to quick pay quick pay has to be cash. I have valid id I went to pay I'm not in the account I can't view it I can just put money on the account but I can't see how much. I get the info of how much to pay I needed to go grab t more bucks from the truck go back with the full amount of no there is a 5$ in store service fee. Also a new girl who was very nice was helping me the 2nd time coming in the manager was incredibly rude to me AND THE OTHER EMPLOYEE the new girl didn't understand that there was a 5 dollar fee(that when I already left the first time to grab more money to pay exact she didn't tell me about the 5 dollar fee) And then proceeded to chew the new employee about not knowing there is a 5 dollar fee. Manager came off malicious and rude the new employee was really nice Also if you think it's just this store no it's the company as well few years ago bought a phone clearified that I would be swapping carriers soon I was assured on call that the phone bought in full was mine and not locked too a carrier. They lied it was locked for a year and when I asked for the call log the told me to get a court order. So annoyed I tried to do a favor and had to deal with the worst of the worst phone carrier. Ps they charge 45$ for a charging block so use you imagination on he rest of there prices. Tldr 1st interaction manager rude didn't give me any info 2nd time had an extra 5 dollar change for in store pay that the manager intentionally left out when I left the first time. Proceeded to shame the new employee for lack of knowledge 3rd time new employee super nice still don't know how she puts up with that. Manage still being rude refusing to give me corporate number. Note I was not making a scene raising my voice or anything else like that I will forever tell everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

  The woman here is a scammer. She basically forced me to buy a screen protector (I told her 10 times I didn’t want it but she wouldn’t stop so I bought it to shut her up). Well after the screen protector was applied there were bubbles and hairs underneath it. The guy I was working with at bestbuy said it was applied so bad he felt bad for me and worked the system to get me a new one free. Now the lady won’t let me return it. I will never be back here. Save ur time and money and find a store with a more honest employee!

  Our Family had an absolutely wonderful experience at the CDA Cricket Store in CDA this afternoon! Joshua was very helpful, and he was busy helping several customers by himself. We did not feel rushed at all, even with Joshua bring so busy. Thank you, Joshua and Cricket for such excellent service!
