  Unfortunately today the in store experience was so awful I disconnected both lines and went to another carrier. I needed to upgrade both phones and the woman Natalie or Natalia. She tucked her name badge under her arm when asked for clarification. I am uncertain of the woman working 8/3/2026 at 2pm. She was aggressive and unhelpful. The male whom greeted & began helping was everything one could expect in customer service. Natalia inserted herself into the conversation creating a confusing experience. I left and changed to T-Mobile. No way was the service she gave worth continuing business with Cricket. She did tell me as I walked out that she didn’t care that I was unsatisfied and she quote “has nothing to fear”. I assume she was referring to me inquiring about the spelling of her name. We are happily with T-Mobile gladly paying more for customer service with skill.

  do not recommend if you're looking at cricket services... theres a reason why they are so cheap... Read the fine print and dont trust what the sales lady tell you its likely lies.

  I transferred from T-mobile to Cricket after 11 years. I was lucky enough to have the Manager, Nathalie,to help me with all the technical things that entail when switching providers Not only was Nathalie extremely professional with the plans and products with Cricket, she was also very kind and calm which helped my stress level decrease. The entire experience with Nathalie was positive and effective. I could tell she really cared about her job and her customers. Employees like Nathalie are hard to find these days. I recommend Cricket on Milwaukee with Nathalie for any phone needs. She was the best.
