  Recently traded a Macpro for a downgrade to IPad which was $100 cheaper. I was given a $100 Apple gift card and came to use it to find out I was scammed with $0 gift card! They didn’t make it right and gave me the run around and said their pricing changed over night $100. This is very unprofessional and extremely not helpful. I don’t recommend buying anything in this store. Do your research and find way better deals with integrity somewhere else.

  We love this mall! Plenty of benches to pause and relax while the kids keep strolling. Bathrooms were well taken cared of and the food we had was amazingly good! Jurassic 🍔 their wonderful staff was amazing too!

  My experience was very good there I asked to trade a phone unfortunately I could not but they were very nice about it and they also gave me different options we asked for a free phone because we didn't know if they had them and they were they declined but they were very nice about it and they weren't like mean and I also stayed on the call and they were willing to take time to see if we could so I'd really appreciate it and please call this company

  I wish I could give zero stars. I pay for apple care and my phone battery health was getting low, so before I left for vacation I made an appointment to go in and get the battery replacement that I paid for through my subscription. I happened to be at the mall the day before the appointment, so I went in and asked if they had any availability to do it that day instead of the next. They said they didn’t, which is perfectly fine, I wasn’t expecting them to, just wanted to check. They did assure me that they checked with the genius bar and that they had the replacement battery and would be ready for my appointment the following day. The day of my appointment, I had to wait almost 30 minutes past my appointment time, was sat down with a genius bar employee, who preceded to make a lot of small talk. After going through all of the diagnostic stuff, he told me that they did not have the battery in stock. They had to order the part and it wouldn’t arrive until I was already on my vacation. When I asked what I was supposed to do with my phone while on vacation, the employee proceeded to tell me that he was leaving the position in a couple weeks, and that he didn’t care what happened with my service, and that he recommended BUYING a portable charger from their selection. And that I could even return it as soon as I got back from vacation. I had planned my shopping around the phone being serviced, so now I will have to return to the apple store, drop my phone off, and spend the hours it takes to repair it just sitting at the mall. The employee also found out through small talk that my fiancé works with a newer company, and spent several minutes trying to talk us into getting a business account with Apple. He also shamed me when he saw how many charging cycles I’ve had on my phone, implying I spend too much time on my phone, which I have had for years and taken very good care of, so of course I’ve had a bunch of charging cycles. Overall it was very disappointing and I am not looking forward to my return trip to get the phone fixed once I’m back from vacation. I did end up buying a portable charger because my phone keeps dying, but not from Apple. I will be cancelling my apple care because clearly it is not worth the price I’ve been paying monthly if I can’t get help when I need it.
