  Had me waiting an hour just to tell me they couldn’t assist with unlocking my laptop because the reciept I provided was not under my name due to the laptop being gifted to me. I had gone in before and was told all I needed was a reciept to prove the purchase. Train your employees better to give complete instuctions so people are not wasting their time going back and fourth. Store closes at 6 sundays i came in at 4, didn’t get helped until 5 and im sure the employee didnt want to help with this either because of the time frame. Shitty service.

  On September 18, I went online to orderApple Watch Series 12 GPS + Cellular, 46mm Black Aluminum Case with Black Unity Sport Loop - and I had a trade in with my existing Apple Watch. which gave me $265 trade-in value and my monthly payments would've been $23.66. SEPTEMBER 22, 2026-I went into the apple store to see if i could give them my trade-in watch as opposed to me waiting for the box to come to send it back to apple for my credit on my account or on the purchase. and they said yes, sure. so they had an associate working with me. he didn't seem to know a whole lot about the trade-ins and what have you, so i tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and working with him as he kept looking for help on how to do the trade-in And after him, seeking some help, he indicated that my trade in would be $280.90. Credit to the watch. I had mentioned to him that I purchased this online and had it credited to my Apple account. Well, after he started doing all the trade-in stuff, he credited my credit card, not the Apple credit card. So therefore, I was stuck with that credit on my Apple card for $280.90, which should've never have happened. It should've gone to my Apple card to affect my trade-in value to keep my payments at $23.66. I never gave it a second thought what he had done after I mentioned to him I purchased this off of my Apple Card. When I got home, I looked at my email to see the receipt, and I noticed that it went towards a separate credit card other than Apple Card for a credit balance on that credit card of $280.90. That should've never happened. He really messed up. I tried to call the Apple Store and could not get through, so I called Apple's customer service support line to offer me some assistance. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue and told him the whole mix-up they were extremely nice to me, even though I was not very happy with them, not the person that was helping me but with the transaction, and I mentioned that to the person that I was not angry with them. I was angry at the situation, that I was put into. I had asked her to call the Apple Store for me to see if they could go ahead and help me out with this because now I'm gonna be faced higher payments and this trading credits is not gonna go towards this phone. It's going to a credit card different than the purchase so after being on hold for at least 15 minutes, not continuously but back-and-forth, she said that she talked to the Apple Store and that they could not do anything about it, and I find that really hard to believe. Apple, you really screwed up. I'm really pissed. So now I gotta make higher payments due to the screw up, Apple, if you're reading this, please help me out. I've been an Apple customer for many, many, many years. Everything I own is Apple.

  i went in on the 20th and i just wanted to buy airpods and possibly get my old maxs repaired, it was super busy and people were everywhere, but the whole transaction was super quick and easy. they weren’t available for the repair right away (obviously) but they offered to schedule me one in the future. i’ll be coming back to this location

  Rude staff. Particularly Matt. Long lines out the door. Store is incapable of keeping up with customer demand. Systems crashing. Don’t bother with this store.

  terrible battery replacement experience. There are other places that will replace the battery. Avoid at all costs.
