  First time actually visiting there and I was there to make a purchase for work. When I was told to stand by the iPods at first & wait, I thought it would be a while, as there were a lot of people there. However, my wait time was approx 5 minutes, and I was out in less than 20 with multiple devices. Faster than I thought it might take. Very professional service folks.

  July 17 & 18, 2026 we were in this Jordan Creek store for a forced new purchase because one of our older Mac’s was no longer supported which our US Attorney should challenge similar to what they did with John Deere and make these people pay for forcing individuals and businesses into billions of dollars of expenses annually due to not allowing people to get amble support for products the purchase from Apple and try to properly use for years. The employees at Jordon Creek are loud and talk over you with scripted talk and do not pay attention to details. Poorly ran store. They make promises they do not fulfill, unfortunately, we were the recipient of that in the last 48 hours, They can cost your business thousands if not millions of dollars and they don’t give a shit. There’s one way for a person or business to correct this, do not deal with them and do not buy Apple products.   The lack of caring or giving a crap about anyone’s time is almost laughable. No one has a clue what’s going on. I hate that this is the only option available for Apple products.

  Went in to get a new battery for my phone on Saturday and had a great experience. Only took a couple hours to get it replaced. Glad that there is this store here at Jordan Creek Mall. Thank you.

  Royce was very rude. Helped me return a case I bought that was the wrong size. I had come earlier, when I went back he says “oh. You hits are back in here for…?” Ummm obviously to be helped. Really rubbed me the wrong way. Terrible customer service in my opinion. I bought a new phone case, returned the too big one and it was a really bad experience. I see why people just order online and don’t bother to go in store.
