Luis was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. He made the whole experience easy and answered all of my questions. I’ll definitely be going back whenever I need help. If you need any technical support, ask for Luis—he’s the guy to see!

Visited Apple Jordan Creek for support and device pickup. The store is modern, clean, and well-organized, with a solid selection of demo devices. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable once you are paired with a specialist. Pickup orders are handled very efficiently. However, wait times can stretch quite a bit around peak afternoon hours and weekends—even with a scheduled Genius Bar reservation. Booking ahead and visiting during weekday mornings definitely gives the smoothest experience

The app said my iPhone 18 Pro Max was ready for pickup, but when I got to the store, a staff member told me to come back another day. It took me an hour to get there, so I canceled the order

Go here if you wanna be shuffled around like cattle at the fair. > walk up to the guy in the front of the store since bypassing him isn’t acceptable and you will be re-routed back to him anyway > wait while he stares blankly at you until you finally give in and initiate the conversation by saying “I need help with X” > he has seemingly no idea what you’re talking about and points vaguely toward the back of the store where he wants you to sit at a desk and wait for an indiscriminate amount of time for someone who may or may not be able to help you with your problem This place has fallen off a cliff.

This is by far the worst customer service care I have gotten. I live in Cedar falls drove 2 hours after iTech was able to get my phone replaced but since it was a business phone I decided to go to the Apple Store to get my phone replaced. He decided to the phone needed to be repaired instead of replaced. He set the repair up and wanted me to drive back when they had the parts ordered. AJ was suppose to follow up and never contacted me to get my phone fixed. I would recommend calling apple support do not go into this store! Once you do apple support will not do anything to help you out. It’s been week 3 without my phone. AJ is also condescending
