And still pay the service repair fee of 100 dollars but there web site says 84 dollars. When asking a manager. He makes the customer feel like an idiot. Said this feels like false advertisement, and a lawyer would love this. He then said we're done. I said so you refusing to do your job and if this is how you treat your customers then I will never go to best buy sioux city ever again. He said he doesn't care what I say or do. Like I'm in the wrong. Sioux city geek squid and best manager were the worst I have ever dealt with.
