  Jason, a manager at this establishment, exemplifies exceptional customer service and leadership. He has consistently provided outstanding assistance during my visits. On my initial visit, he proactively approached me after I had been in the store for approximately fifteen minutes, offering his support. He then guided me to the electronics department. During my second visit, when my tablet malfunctioned, he efficiently assisted me in finding a suitable replacement and introduced me to a warranty option that had not been previously offered. His dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I intend to become a loyal customer at this location.

  I had a very uncomfortable experience at the Sioux City, IA Best Buy on April 25, 2026. I came in to exchange cracked screen protectors and was helped by an employee, who seemed annoyed throughout the interaction. After completing three transactions, she told me, “Next time, don’t check out with me,” which I found rude and unprofessional. She also asked unrelated personal questions that made me uncomfortable as I was leaving. I spoke with a manager, but my concerns were dismissed and not taken seriously. Overall, the experience felt disrespectful and has negatively impacted my view of this store’s customer service.

  Walked in, and right off the bat I was asked what I needed, and directed to the department I needed. That was absolutely refreshing to see a place exercising Customer Service, they have educated well equipped staff and the store is always a wonderland when I walk in. It makes you feel like a kid (80s kids) walking into the Christmas Catalog. Always a great experience thanks Best Buy.
