  Carley was a great representative! Went in for a phone problem and phone number transfer and she helped us right away! Despite all the trouble with not being able to get phone service transfered she refussed to give up! After phone calls and let downs she figured it out on her own. The fact that she stayed longer to help us despite her possibly getting into trouble speaks a lot. She also gave us information about our account that we did not know about! Not a lot of people would risk their job to help customers. After almost 1 hour we left with our phone issue fixed and number transfered. While there she also helped 2 more customers with the same nice energy! Thanks Carley!

  Came in and was helped by Carly she was very knowledgeable and knew her stuff, right away she greeted me asking how I was, I said okay and she followed with the follow up question of how may I help you, now I was with Verizon and was paying way too much, she was on top of it she asked me what I use my phone for the most as well as the things I do such a photo taking and such, basically asking what I valued most in a smart phone I told her exactly what I needed and she was able to direct me to a phone which was an amazing deal vs what I’d pay anywhere else for a device and then she asked me if I would like the insurance showed me an old phone of hers that was busted and said believe it or not.she dropped it on the carpet once after just buying it a few days prior . Stating all of which cricket protect covers and essential stating that it’s a lot better then having to make any last second purchases of a new device at the full price. And I agree, she then asked if I had a preference in color or if I liked more girly theme or more laid back I said I liked the girly theme she came back with a phone case that was my style all the way! I really enjoyed my visit and we decided I’d come back the next day she is working to buy the phone and that exact case she wrote down everything I needed to know and what to come with to make things go smoothly. Thank you guys for the exceptional service!

  I have no idea what your hiring standards are, but the constant staff turnover at this location is starting to make sense. During my visit, a short, dark-haired supervisor was rude to another employee right in front of customers. When she helped me, she interrupted me repeatedly, demanded account info before we could even look at phones, and had the audacity to make insulting comments about my teenage daughter's responsibility. When a kinder employee tried to assist us, the supervisor snapped at her and claimed the sale. We walked out and will not be switching our family's service here.

  I went in to explain a problem in the fort Dodge store I was treated rudely and I feel that I was totally misled and I'm waiting to talk with Management on Friday

  Closed at 3 pm on a Sunday?? Hours on door say open till 4. Locked up at 3. Thanks, my phone is broke and i'm paying for service. Glad i drove an hour for nothing!!
