  On Sep 22, 2021 I went on 6th Ave Cricket Store to make 4 lines/ family plans, but it did not turn out well. Because the service lady said She can't add all 4 lines together at once, she need to make one line for one service and it will cost $ 144.00 for each line for the first time. I was so surprise to hear that and I repeat how much for each line? She continuously said $144.00, and she said all four lines will be $576 for the for today, and the next month will be $100.00 for all together. I will never go to that 6th Ave cricket store anymore, she is like a scammer who try to eat your money. Cricket Wireless should look out to this place. So so bad.

  The service is outstanding!! They are the most understanding and compassionate cell phone customer service ever! Each year they somehow find ways to make it more enjoyable to be a customer. This is why I have collectively brought family members over to a family plan. Thank you "6th Avenue Team" for making life easier during this time of uncertainty.
