  It's not open until 9. I've been waiting for an hour, it's 10:10 and they still haven't opened. Saturday, June 6th.

  I went into get a bridge pay. A new kid working he asked me for my four digit code gave it to him he also asked for my license gave it to him he asked for my email address and said why do I need to give you my email address but wanted me to spell it out for him did so and says my email address doesn't match. I asked then how am I using my phone then. He couldn't figure it out got short with me bcuz he couldn't figure out what he was doing. He said " he was trying to help me " and said how are you helping me when you can't pay on my account then. He just walks away from me and on his phone. He said he couldn't help me. Fustrated I went to the one in Omaha and told the worker of my experience in Iowa. To find out my bill wasn't due until the 23rd and the worker told me that I couldn't do a bridge pay until then. The worker in Iowa needs more training!

  Bought service only to be told my phone was not compatible despite being told previously it was, yet the phone was still registered to my account. Then went and got a new phone and couldn't activate it. Then when it got finally registered I was told to activate the sim card it came with and it would work. Nope somehow another sim card is registered and they need to change it to the one it came with but have to send me a pin that I can't receive because the sim card isn't active. Was refused a refund on service I can't use because they screwed up every step of the way and can't explain how.
