  I went to geek squad to verify a repair feasibility and they explain what I needed here guided me to the place that I need to go to for the repair. Even though they can't do it, it worked out well and the issue is resolved so thank you.

  I stopped in to the Cedar Rapids Best Buy today to get something resolved that I thought might take a bit or require some back/forth and Jonah approached me right away and it was pretty obvious he was going to be helpful. I explained the situation to him and he took ownership of the situation, handled it in a very efficient manner and made the experience easy! He really made my day for something I thought might be a hassle by jumping right in and handling it. Thank you Jonah! You are appreciated!

  I was blown away how helpful and friendly everyone was on my visit to this store on my way through to Ohio from Minnesota. Right away walking in the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I asked for a laptop extension and radar detector. I was led right to the monitors they had, grabbed it and was then led to the detector. When the one I was looking to buy wasn’t in the case, the gentleman radioed the stock room to check of it was available. With 30 seconds they confirmed it was and he sent them to drop it to the register. I walked directly to the register and it was already there when I arrived. I was then promptly and very helpfully checked out with my 2 items. Seriously great experience. What a gem of a place! Thank you

  My fiance and I came into Best Buy ro talk with Geek Squad about our options with our monitor, that has a cracked screen. When we bought the monitor, we did purchase the 4 year Geek Squad support on the item. So we figured, no big deal about bringing it in. The representative at the Geek Squad desk, asked us what the problem was and flat out told us it would cost more to repair it, then to replace it. Didn't bother to ask if we had a warranty or anything on the device, and just sent us on our way. We left feeling discouraged, like why do I have this Geek Squad plan if they can't help with anything. About 10 minutes later, we walked back into Best Buy about to buy a whole new monitor. A gentleman working near the front door offered to ring us up. He asked if we wanted the Geek Squad protection on the item, and gave a ran down of what it covered. We told him about the other monitor and having the protection on it, and how Geek Squad would help. He flat out told us that we could simply return the monitor as an upgrade and only pay the difference of the two items. So what was turning out to be an over $300 purchase, ended up costing $50, thanks to this man. If the score was only for Geek Squad, I'd give them a 2. But thanks to the gentleman in the front of the store, the rating changed to a 4.

  Best Buy needs to figure out their AI system for calls. Literally, and I am not using that figuratively, the worst expierence I ever had.
