He messed up on my account set up too, putting in my middle name as my first name. Guess what? No one wants to fix it. I was also sold a defective phone. I took it back to the store and this guy jumped straight into accusing me of lying about dropping my phone, which was never dropped. So I had to deal with the warranty department. They messed my name up too, and sent me another defective phone, so had to send that back for yet another phone. So my brand new phone is now a refurbished phone. I'm so angry at Cricket!!! I'm a new customer, and this was such an awful experience every step of the way. AVOID CRICKET!!!
