  Giving a 1 star is generous. My wife & I just walked out of this store around 5:36pm after being told "you ain't getting nuthin free & we're about to close"... My wife looked into which phone service is best for the islands & Cricket scored great. We specifically went to the store instead of Walmart so we could get the best deal & she wanted to understand better the promos for porting both our lines over. She asked the employee about what deals were going on & stated we'd like to transfer service from Metro. My wife also has a severely cracked screen on her Moto g so we were asking about there free phones with the promo for new subscribers. The employee showed us the same Moto g we had & we were fine with that. Then he was mumbling about the other phones but wasn't being clear on how much we'd be paying. We asked what the pricing "out the door" was on the phones he was trying to show us to be clear. 1 phone was almost $100 & all I said was "oh we're looking for the free phones" because as I stated, we were fine with the Moto g. That's when he told us we ain't getting nuthin for free & they were closing soon & walked off. We said ok & walked out. He mumbled the whole time acting like we were a hassle cause we had questions. He's an older man with glasses & stomach. Super rude & lost a sale cause we didn't want to buy the $100+ phone he was trying to sell us.

  I switched September 2018 I love my phones and the plan is perfect thank you cricket I have no problems at all 😊

  This will sound too bad to be true and I don't enjoy writing reviews like this. 1st - the people who work at this store are not knowledgeable. That is being generous. Too many reasons to list here. Both technically, and from a product knowledge standpoint. 2nd - I added a line for a phone I already had (5th line). The people in the store did not put the line in correctly and ended up taking away the multiline discount off my account - so 3 days later my autopay overcharged me $70. After then correcting my account and putting it back on multi-line discount, NEITHER the store or Cricket customer service would refund or give me a credit for the overcharge (which they admit is an overcharge). The store said "well, I can't do anything about it", and corporate just said no, they won't do anything about it. So from top to bottom, for every reason I can think of, AVOID Cricket. (though it's tempting because of their multi-line discounts.)
