- SWShannon WoisnetSep 15, 20262.0Not informed properly on the processes of moving a pet to Guam. They knew I was making the transition. One hour prior to her wellness visit they told me they did not provide an affidavit, When I was leaving within the next three days. There was an abundance of other information I received from other veteranarians that if I had known before, I would not be getting on a plane to send my pet back to my parents to watch as I now have to move back to guam without her.
- SSSelikaJul 15, 20261.0This vet is extremely overpriced. For those who are on a budget go someplace else. Here is an example of some of their costs that are WAY more than other vets. At VCA Hawaii Kai the Office Visit was $122 ,other vet was $68 At VCA HawaiiKai they charged $49 and $52 for vaccinations, other vet $37. At VCA Hawaii Kai the heart worm test was $187, other vet was $43. Huge red flag is that the vets keep changing. I am sharing what I wished someone told me years ago. :(
- CLCarole LooJan 24, 20215.0I and my cat, Tigerboy, moved to Honolulu 14 months ago. He was healthy and energetic until the first week of January. It was apparent that his quality of life was not going to return. It was with a heavy heart that I decided to let him go. VCA gentle were the kindest most caring people. I have the highest regard for them, the entire staff. Mahalo so much for the care you gave to Tigerboy and his family.
