I showed up 10 minutes before they closed, I left 1 minute later with my replacement battery in hand, BOOM. Saved me $80 on the battery from their closest online competitor, BOOOOOOM. Love these guys.

- EEEliApr 28, 20261.0I am writing this to complain more specifically about an individual, and not the company as a whole. I was very disappointed with the service provided to me on 4/28/26. I had spoken on the phone with a different member of the staff 3 weeks earlier and decided to reserve an item that was back ordered. That experience was great and he was very friendly and nice about helping me choose the unit I wanted. Last week I get the call from the same individual I saw today, that my item is ready for pickup. So I go down there today and the young boy at one of the checkouts proceeded to tell me that I had reserved a different item, which I certainly didn’t. That if I want the original item which I reserved I would have to be placed back at the bottom of another back order list, and start this whole process over again. Not once did he attempt to apologize, or even accept that the mistake was on their end. There was no type of compensation offered, just a “too bad” attitude. I do still want the original item, and I would like leave a review reflecting a better experience.
