  Customer service was horrible. I talked to two employees that had bad attitudes and kept getting annoyed with the questions I asked! I came to do a trade-in so while I was transferring my service and information they kept rushing me and made it seem like they thought I was gonna steal the phone I was trading in. I did talk to two other people that were very helpful with getting me a new case so coodles to them, they are the only reason I will give a 1 star!

  The person helping was not aware an Apple account password can be reset using WiFi with an Apple Watch. They pushed getting a temporary phone and minimized our feelings when we explained how necessary the broken phone was. Luckily we found a local independent shop at home to replace the phone and reset the account password. Took 15 minutes. Do better Apple.

  Indy you suck! I came from Maui specifically to try on different watch sizes so I could compare how they actually felt on my wrist before making a purchase. Instead of allowing me to handle the display models, Indy told me I couldn't take them off the display and said I could just look at them on an iPad. Looking at pictures on an iPad doesn't help me judge the weight, size, or how the watch feels when worn--that's something I could have done from home. I explained that I'd already gone through the hassle of ordering watches online and returning them because I couldn't decide on the right size and color. Since I was already on Oahu for back-to-school shopping, I wanted to make my final decision in person. Instead of helping, Indy told me to leave the store. It was a very disappointing experience. The whole purpose of having display models is so customers can see how they fit before buying. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted to compare the watches on my wrist. With security at the entrance and staff throughout the store, I don't understand why customers can't try on display models. This interaction made what should have been an easy way to purchase frustrating and left me feeling unwelcome. P s that was stupid Indy! To tell my son to pick up his board of course he wasn't skateboarding in that store.

  Phenomenal service. Bought an iPhone and Verizon took 2 days to port my new number, then lost it. Ryan literally argued with 3 different people on my behalf with Verizon’s HOT DOG WATER customer service after they literally couldn’t find my number in their system (went to Tmobile 5 mins later and they found my number associated with Verizon). Have never been down by this Apple Store or its employees.
