  I had the pleasure of working with Nick at the Ala Moana store. I had something stuck in my Airpods and even though he was not able to fix it today because today is a Saturday and they’re busy he offered for an appointment or he gave me the options, but I’m gonna come back another day and make an appointment so that was very helpful information to make an appointment to have this taken care of. Nick is a very valuable employee to Apple Ala Moana.

  My phone battery has issues so I tap on the button that says “request service” thinking this would be a more straightforward way to take care of a replacement. Well, o was so wrong. I make an appointment at this store. Show up 3 minutes late but have to wait about half an hour to be told they do not have the battery in stock. So why the heck do they let you make an appointment directly from the battery status of the phone? You would assume they already know why you are making the appointment. On top of that, I’m told the battery replacement may short circuit the phone so I should consider an upgrade.

  I had a very frustrating experience at the Apple Ala Moana Center store. I went there to buy an iPhone 17 Pro Max (gray, 256GB). One employee directed me to another staff member, who told me to wait 5–10 minutes—but I ended up waiting almost 2 hours. No one checked on me, gave updates, or confirmed availability. In the end, I found out the phone wasn’t in stock at all. This should have been communicated immediately instead of making me wait that long. What really disappointed me was how I felt treated. I got the impression that I wasn’t taken seriously as a customer—possibly judged based on my appearance. I was fully ready to pay, but no one took the time to help me properly. Many employees seemed disengaged and were talking among themselves instead of assisting customers. I felt ignored and disrespected. Very disappointing experience. I wasted valuable time and left without buying anything. I hope the store improves its communication and treats every customer with equal respect

  I was charged full price for a battery after they wiped out all my data. I thought I was taking my phone to the professionals. We have been loyal Apple customers for years, maybe time to switch.
