Monique assisted me today and that was the worry customer experience I’ve ever received. I felt as she was rushing me out the store during our whole interaction. During the process of me trying to get a new phone activated she seemed real pushy and like I was an inconvenience. With that being said I left the store!

Cricket canceled my confirmed order after phone verification; in store I was delayed, attention was divided, and the service from the clerk felt unprofessional and dismissive.
