    Had a gaming event and needed a new controller. Northlake had one controller left of GameSir T7 and Mr Tapper was awesome enough to seriously look for that one controller for me. I totally appreciate that effort Mr Tapper. The tech helped during our event and I'll be visiting that Northlake Decatur Georgia location for now on. Great service. Awesome associates.

    Out of all the best buys I've been to on my trip to Georgia, this one is by far my favorite. The associate Dylan was a great helping hand in helping me find a new Macbook after the one I had for years stopped working. His work ethic is phenomenal. More associates like him at this location for sure!

    We had a roller coaster of an experience here. Thankfully, James and Jamal (awesome guys) helped us with the process of trying to get the MacBook Neos. My mother got the citrus yellow color and I got the blush pink color. Some of the associates did not seem to know what they were doing or immature according to my mom but the mangers stepped in to assist thoroughly. The geek squad kiosk helped us tremendously (Eric was great)! Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order because they didn’t have my color since it was on back order for 2 months. So I had to order from the Apple Store to purchase it. My mother got her laptop 💻 from Best Buy and she was able to set everything up with the geek squad & my help. So our experiences were a plus and minus. As long as the managers are there, getting a new device isn’t so bad.

    this is the worst place to shop. THE WORST. why would you not have bags for items purchased at your store? not everyone is going from your store to their car. if someone uses an uber, don’t you think it’s not the safest for their items to be exposed? i had to wait in front of aldi’s, in the sun, with a game on the floor. literally started crying. they don’t help you with nothing but swiping your card. poor service, poor retention, no patience, nothing. just swipe. people should leave your mall happy that they came there. NO. i left regretting even coming there. they want you to leave as fast as you came. infact the policeman/store security was more helpful than the sales rep who only want to add more items to what you buy. also, it’s 2026. stop your classic “different sku” tactic. it’s old and boring.

    I ordered a MacBook and an iPad for pickup, and the website said the order would be ready within an hour. When I arrived, I realized I had selected the wrong color for the MacBook and asked if I could switch it before completing the pickup. I was first told to go to the computer section to make the change, but when I got there, the employee directed me back to customer service. After explaining the situation again, the employee in the computer section confirmed they had the color I wanted in stock and told me to return to the front to complete the exchange. However, when I went back to customer service, I was told the MacBook I originally ordered was not in stock. I explained multiple times that I wanted to switch to a different color, which had just been confirmed as available, but the employee kept repeating that my original item was unavailable. Eventually, without clearly explaining or getting my approval, they canceled my order and told me I would receive a refund in about a week. I then asked if I could simply purchase the MacBook in the color I wanted, but was suddenly told that it was no longer in stock either, despite being confirmed available just minutes earlier. When I tried to at least pick up my iPad, I was told that it was also not in stock. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor communication, lack of coordination between departments, and my order being canceled without my consent. I expected a much smoother process for a simple pickup and exchange.
