They always take great care of our babies. Every doctor, tech and staff member is great. We’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and they’ve treated our cat and dog like family and with great care and dignity, and they are moving through the stages of life. We appreciate the team there. Thank you for all you do.

My 4lb puppy swallowed a toxic dose of a substance. I brought him in crying, panicking & scared to death for my baby. They immediately took him back and helped me calm down. The service they provided was exactly what I was hoping for. They provided so much care and comfort that I’ve decided to now bring my pup there for all future visits. Thank you for helping me and my boy. This place truly loves animals & will do anything they can to help.

I have been going to this vet for years, and after this experience, I am beyond disappointed and honestly furious with the level of negligence and lack of care shown toward an extremely sick rescue dog.
I recently rescued a severely malnourished dog and brought her in immediately because I knew something was seriously wrong. I specifically mentioned that she had pus coming out of her vagina, which is a massive red flag for a potentially life-threatening infection. The vet barely spent five minutes in the room, seemed completely disinterested, and never even bothered to properly examine her. He casually listed multiple health concerns, told me she “wasn’t in pain” and was just “uncomfortable,” then walked out without answering questions or discussing the urgency of her condition.
What he failed to explain was that this dog likely had pyometra, a deadly uterine infection that can become fatal within hours if untreated. Instead of treating this like the emergency it clearly was, they charged me around $150 for vaccines and a fecal test while completely overlooking the fact that this dog needed immediate lifesaving intervention.
Today, this dog is actively fighting for her life in emergency surgery because another veterinarian recognized how critical her condition actually was. The emergency team was shocked by how severe her condition had become, and even the rescue involved is deeply concerned about the credibility and negligence shown by this clinic.
I understand not everyone has unlimited funds, but that does not excuse dismissing an animal in obvious distress or minimizing a life-threatening condition. Telling me this dog was “fine” and “not in pain” when she was septic and dying is unacceptable.
The vet assistants and front desk staff were kind and helpful, and they are the only reason this review is not even harsher. But as for the veterinarian involved, I have completely lost trust in this clinic. If you truly care about your pets, I strongly encourage you to seek help elsewhere.
