  This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I went in to buy a dashcam I approached the front desk and asked for help and recommendations, but no one was able to assist me. They told me they would send someone over to help, but I waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up. I guess I'll have to buy it on Amazon. Terrible service.

  I received EXCELLENT service today. The technician was patient, knowledgeable, efficient, explained things well, and set me up for success with my new laptop. I am thankful❣️

  Employees are helpful and nice but they need to put their foot down when it comes to these Pokemon drop. It gets old when 16 plus people put out chairs the day before and leave the property just to hold their “spot” for pokemon products. Management needs to put end to this. They need to not allow people to line up any shape or form until the day of or a few hours before the store open. It not fair to anyone and people are going take advantage of management allowing this childish behavior.

  My dinosaur laptop wouldn't turn on and I was concerned. So I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad at this location and the young African American man (the new hire named Isaiah I think) calmed my fears and said they would be able to pull my data off the laptop. And that's what they did! Isaiah, sir thank you for the great customer service and knowing your stuff! And thanks Geek Squad!!
