  Great all around place to take your pet. The Vets ,Vet Techs and the receptionist are all top tier. They cared for my pups like they were their own.

  I have been going to another vet clinic in town for my pets since I was a child so naturally when I grew up that is where I took my pets. They have decided to close on the weekends which is very inconvenient for me now with work to continue using them for my dogs treatment. So looking online I found VCA and when I called Friday they had an open appointment for the next day. I was so happy because I have been working so much I eat, show and sleep when I get home and have not seen all the new "hot spots" on my dog until Friday morning before work. We show up Saturday and everyone was so friendly and inviting. We got put into a room to wait on the doctor, the nurse that came in asked all sorts of questions and took Cobra to get weighed. The vet came in and she was super nice and friendly, pet him and and looked in his coat while speaking to me at the same time. While waiting on a prescription to be written for my dog I recieved a couple of text messages for an online portal for Cobras profile and a follow up appointment already booked. When I went out to pay the lady said she heard me talking about my other dog as well and added both dogs to the online portal. That is going above and beyond. The attention my dog and I received here was better than I could have imagined. I would and have already been recommending VCA.

  I adopted a cat from the humane society in Savannah and they offered a free check up at the VCA. I'd planned on switching to a closer vet, but the care and kindness my pet received at this VCA was so good that we made the commute. We've been coming to their office for the last year or so. Two works ago, my cat passed away suddenly. I finally called today to cancel his upcoming appointments and let them know why he wouldn't be back, and the woman I spoke to was so kind. I hadn't expected to start crying, but the whole ordeal has been such a shock. She was patient with me while I cried and helped update my account. I can't express my gratitude enough and I know I'll be back when I'm ready to adopt again. Thank you for the difference you made for me today and for the care you showed my boy

  Went to VCA Animal Hospital about a year ago. They were super nice and helpful to my dog CoCo. Unfortunately, yesterday was a total rip off. Woman vet was ICE COLD, no emotion or concern for my dog. The exam was about 5 minutes long for $121 and I didn't get ANY of my questions answered. The vet tech knew nothing either and she had this weird grin on her face the whole time I was trying to get answers and help for my dog, almost like out of the twightlight zone. The entire visit was $290 and I still don't have answers to how to help my dog other than the super expensive meds they prescribed.

  Always do annual checkups and they do a good job of working you into their schedule for unplanned visits when needed
