Never again VCA. I have been taking my baby boy here at your clinic for 2 years. I was told he had cancer. Thyroid caricoma. And that at this time. I was told that because of the size of the tumor on his neck that a biopsy could be performed but bleeding could occur. I chose not to because I didn't want him to hurt and was told the biopsy may not come back showing a positive because of the blood coming from the location . a thyroid cancer. and I Agreed . Again I did not want my boy to suffer. I was told to take him home and that this kind of cancer and the location he could have a number of years still. I believed this. Never was I told he could benefit from a prescription of predisone to help with the swelling he had. I brought him home and within 2 days the cancer had ruptured and he was bleeding everywhere. I then called your office again! and I decided the best option at this time was to put him in his final rest. And to have a reply that it would be 315.00 dollars for putting him down. And just 2 days before I payed you guys 121.00 for the visit. I asked if the vet would consider speaking to me about this and the young woman said at the desk she would ask and I would get a call back. I never get one call back. After 2 years of being with you guys, this is what care my boy received. How do you do that? Still you never called to see what happened to him.I found a veterinarian clinic that did it for me so my beautiful boy would not suffer. And they truly showed compassion for my dog and I. He was able to pass without extending suffering. Your feedback is unnecessary and really to late. I am completely shocked and hurt by the behavior of a animal hospital that says they care. I brought him in on 4-23-26 and he passed away on 4-28-26.

I had a wonderful experience at VCA. Today, Oakley had an emergency, and when I called, they were able to see him within 30 minutes with no issues at all. The veterinarians and staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. They went above and beyond in caring for my dog, Oakley, and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. It is clear that they truly care about their patients and their families. I am so grateful for the excellent care Oakley received, and I highly recommend VCA to anyone looking for a veterinary team they can trust.
