  I was having a weird problem with my dad‘s phone because of what turned out to be an issue with the former service provider, India and Mickey patiently worked extremely hard to figure out and resolve the issue. I am very pleased with how kind and generous they were with their time to fix a problem that wasn’t even of their making. I appreciate the professionalism and determination.

  Lauren was awesome!!! I came in a few weeks back to find out some information on switching and I was thrilled to see her again when I returned. She got me in an affordable, to me, phone; with the storage I needed and gave me excellent customer service... I will definitely recommend her and cricket to my friends and family (because of her)!!! Thank you for being amazing I truly appreciate your help 🤗
