  I brought a phone in that was so corrupted with viruses and pop-ups but it would not work they tried to clean it up but they couldn't. Luckily I had a spare phone. Luckily I had a spare phone so they just changed the number on it and didn't transfer any other information on it so now I have to reload all the contacts and everything but at least I have a working phone. Kudos to Lauren for trying her hardest to eliminate all the viruses in pop-ups even she couldn't do it but she tried let me tell you she tried she tried for about an hour and couldn't do it I'll give her credit for trying can't fault anybody for that
