  Been sitting outside for 30 min open sign on door lock nobody’s here but door say they close at 7

  I've come 3 times and all 3 times I've found it closed even though the open sign was on. I don't understand. Today is Wednesday, it's 5 pm and it's closed. We knocked but there was no answer. Bad service.

  My cell wasn't connecting to the internet & was told I needed fix my Google Acct. & It seemed like the Rep didnt want to be bothered to help with an IT problem & tried to send me out the door...so I did make it a point to stay there & did get back online myself & then was told my Sim Card went Bad...was charged for a new Sim Card I didn't need ...still had mine & a current plan! I felt like i was charged $25 for Rep having to help me!! And she wasnt going to give me my Credit Card Recipt... till I had to ask for it....And I been a good customer since 2004...
