  Mell was very disrespectful, and the customer service was poor. I came in to switch my daughter’s phone to my line and was told I had to pay an activation fee. I asked Sarah several times why I had to pay an activation fee when the phone was already active, and she kept saying it was not her rule, it was Cricket’s policy. Just to add my daughter’s phone to my line cost $55.69, which is insane. Mell, who said she was the manager, refused to give me the customer service number. I then asked for the district manager’s number, and she said she was not required to give it to me. Overall, the customer service was terrible. I would rate this experience a zero.

  Mel was absolutely wonderful! She got me and my partner a plan we are excited about, went the extra mile to make sure we knew any and all information, and made us feel welcome all while servicing three customers ahead of us! She is an absolute legend and we are happy to be part of Cricket Wireless! Mel, if you are reading this, thank you so much for everything! We hope you go far in life!
