  Great vet. It’s pricey since it’s corporate but the staff are friendly and Dr. Collins is phenomenal

  Brought in a dog who had no update vet care. He was very scared gave me meds to give before appointment. His nails were overgrown. I asked if he could go in side to to avoid the lobby. And was obliged. Got to a room with exposed insulation and plumbing. Asked questions about bravo is dogs name. Prepaid for services day before. They even added stuff I agreed too. Came back into room to get bravo never saw dr. Until they came back less than 10 minutes. Said they got rabies shot. And meds I gave to calm him night before. And left with ear meds to clean his ears at home. And the charges were same as if I had services from day before I paid for. Now bravo is a big dog and needs medical care. Said they would have to sedate him to do work. When he was brought back to room he practically jumped in my lap and was bleeding on chin. I had a muzzle on him just to be safe because of his care. I had blood on my clothes. Did not even offer to clean his blood from chin. Not received one call to see how he is doing. Has been out of it all day.when got home. And charged me $ 8 more than what we talked about day before on the visit with only a shot and meds given. 😢 if you don’t love animals get another job.

  They shamed me for using a light prong on my 180lbs dog. After trimming her nails and doing blood work they brought her back in with her collar turned inside out and gave me a snark look. Then had the audacity to try to con me into their "discount program". Absolutely not.

  I thought i had ok interactions here but when looking at some of the other reviews I realized that I had some similar negative experiences that I wanted share. One time my dog had a sore under her collar from a bite or scratch at doggy day care. I took her in when it started looking nefarious and the vet tech made me think that my dog might have cancer. It was healed in a week with proper care, totally unnecessary worry with terrible bedside manner. Definitely caused some PTSD. Another time, I was needing help to login in order to manage my dog prescriptions (which felt like they didn't want me to have any part of) and the women was so frustrated by me and my questions, I finally had to tell her I would figure it out myself. I know customer service is difficult, but I legitimately needed help. So here are my take aways: they seem more interested in getting new patients then keeping them. It also feels like they purposely spread out preventative care appointments in order to maximize their profits. They told me my dog needed her annual blood work (1 appointment) to continue a simpatrico, then 3 months later told me she needs her physical (2 appointment), a separate visit (3 appointment) for 3 annual vaccines and then another visit (4 appointment) for another vaccine 4 months later .... I'm literally taking the dog to the vet for preventive care more than my own children. So needless to say I'm finding a new vet that personable and not trying to exploit my time and finances.
