  They acted quickly and saved Beatrice from a nasty copperhead bite. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at VCA.

  Please do not take animals here, my dog went into heat three times because they either canceled her appointment or moved it, also it got very expensive. Let me include they cut her nails so short when she got spayed you could see where her wicks on her nails were bleeding. Also the lady who was taking her back was dragging her by her leash while she was harnessed, instead of picking her up, my dog was scared. It’s been a long time since we been here also can say they stitched her up terribly. I switched vets 2 1/2 years now. I recommend other places.

  My dog had new puppies. The momma dog had never been to this VCA. When the puppies were born we called the next day to schedule to get due claws removed etc. The older lady that answered the phone stated that we had to wait atleast 6 weeks and we told her that was not true. We went ahead and made the wellness check visit any way discovering that the due claw removal should have taken place within 7 days of the puppies being born stated by the Dr. we mentioned that we called prior to the puppies being born and that someone at the reception desk gave us the wrong information. They mentioned they are unsure who that was but the same person is who created my appointment. No one has taken accountability for the mishap and has not offered to meet us in the middle with accommodations since the puppies now need anesthesia per the Dr. Here it is we bring 9 puppies plus momma and no satisfaction. I truly believe this could have been avoided and we could have been accommodated since we already bring our other dogs there.

  These people do as much as they can,for you and your fur babies, VCA has more rules then Dr.Joe had, but these ladies do the best job they can. Just Vet car,

  I have been bringing my dog here since I adopted him at 8 months old, and I’ve had the best experience! He absolutely loves coming to the vet and getting to play with his doggy friends at daycare. The staff is always so kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about him! They are also incredibly quick to respond whenever I need to schedule appointments or arrange daycare and boarding. They take excellent care of him every time, and I always feel confident that he’s in the best hands. I’m so grateful to everyone who works here, and I highly recommend them!
