  Customer service here is nonexistent. They definitely do not listen to what you want. And will give you only what they want. Not only did I walk out without a phone, but I now having to dispute a charge of over $150.00 with my bank because the customer service guy "would not" listen to what we wanted. When I explained to him that he was trying to give me something I did not want he told me he already charged my card and I would have to deal with my bank to resolve it. So in the meantime, I have no phone and $150 of my money is frozen at my bank.

  I'm not saying they're bad people I've been in store several times they are kind and professional in that regard , But they don't answer the phone , and sometimes they take 4 hour lunch break, it's 2 days until Christmas and I've called the store 3 days in a row (no answer) , I went by the store yesterday 3 times , closed from 11 to 3 at least (or possibly never opened) They observe every single holiday known to man , like national donut day , national shoestring day , national kazoo day , and so on ....I mean it's a little bit unprofessional in that regard and they store is closed ....eh 4 out of seven days
