- DBD BAug 8, 20264.0Bought items there and also tried to have a really old fan fixed but couldn’t. They didn’t even make the type of fan anymore. I would give it 5 stars, but 4 because it’s nuts they’re not opened on Saturdays- not customer friendly hours. That’s all. Otherwise a 5!

Shoutout to Ramond and Brennan, especially Brennan who was so kind to replace the motor in my air wrap under warranty (even though it was not) as a result of poor online customer support I received. Super efficient and knowledgeable!
- NBNancy BJul 9, 20265.0The customer service here is excellent. I have a Dyson Ball Vacuum, and I love it. Recently, the hose stopped having suction. I couldn’t find any obvious clogs. I called Brennan at this Dyson Service Center, and took my vacuum there to be repaired if possible. They found a clog that was causing the problem, and fixed it quickly. They are the best! I highly recommend this business.
