  The customer service here is excellent. I have a Dyson Ball Vacuum, and I love it. Recently, the hose stopped having suction. I couldn’t find any obvious clogs. I called Brennan at this Dyson Service Center, and took my vacuum there to be repaired if possible. They found a clog that was causing the problem, and fixed it quickly. They are the best! I highly recommend this business.

  want Atlanta area Dyson vac owners to know that the I want Atlanta area Dyson vac owners to know that the Norcross Service Center is absolutely incredible! I’ve had 2 Dyson vacuums in the last 8 years. (I gave one away to my daughter). These machines are awesome, but equally impressive is their quality service standards. My roller motor malfunctioned and even though my warranty expired a few months ago, they replaced it at no cost. The wonderful repair agent, Brianah, was so very kind and helpful that I felt incredibly valued. She has no idea just how much her kindness touched me. She did not know that I am an AF veteran and undergoing chemo treatments for breast cancer. Norcross Service Center is absolutely incredible! I’ve had 2 Dyson vacuums in the last 8 years. (I gave one away to my daughter). These machines are awesome, but equally impressive is their quality service standards.   Very disappointing experience. I was told the repair would be free, but was later charged $163 When I called, they said the person who told me that is on vacation and unreachable. This is not acceptable customer service.

  My visit to the Dyson Service Centerwas positive from start to finish! I was greeted quickly by Brennan, who assessed the issue with my vacuum and asked if I could wait while he took it into the back. A few minutes later he returned with my vacuum, now working, after Brennan removed a particularly bad obstruction. He showed me how to do it myself, if the problem happened again. Best of all, he didn't charge me!!
