  I am really irritated I was told all my stuff would transfer over eventually , well it has not. I had to spend 6 hours or more transferring all my stuff over. I asked the girl Wendy if it would she said maybe the cloud is holding it up , drove an hour from Dublin to get the phone and to set in the parking lot another hour just trying to get just my basic apps working. I don’t understand why I was not able to have my phone transferred properly. I have seen it done at other stores plenty of times. I will just keep getting my upgrades shipped to me , I am DONE with these Cricket Stores !!

  Only reason I gave this company a star is cause there is nothing less. Cricket wireless is bullshit. I went to Walmart bought a cricket wireless phone moto g stylus and a$55 refill card. Went home tried to activate tried for like 3 hrs so I call the support line which was a waste of time it ask would you like to activate said yes then it tells me to enter my cricket wireless number well I don't have one yet cause phone ain't activated. So then I call the cricket wireless store lady there told me I had to bring the phone to them to activate and it will cost me $80 more dollars on top of $150 phone $55 refill card. Says she can't activate the brand new cricket wireless sims card that comes with my brand new phone cause it didn't come from her store. This is the worst wireless company I have ever been with. This is the only PRE PAID CELL COMPANY that if you stop using and go back at another time you will have a bill!! Tell me how that works
