- CDCapt. DabApr 14, 20265.0Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted properly. After disclosing that I'm newly hard of hearing..... On top of being high functioning Autistic (ASD) the two young ladies working ( the Card I was given says "Jasmin Esperanza" ) were extremely patient, informative and super nice. Went above and beyond to make me feel less awkward, explained different plans, and phone features and repeated themselves multiple times to accommodate my hearing disability. I highly recommend coming to this store for your needs. It has been a long time since I have been treated human (from other cell phone stores in Cleveland, OH where I am originally from) and was thankful. Thank you to the young ladies that got me in and out in a very timely manner and set up my Google acct and my HBO subscription as well.
