- APAmy PhillipsOct 21, 20241.0The employees were awesome. The only reason I gave it a 1 was because they charged me twice for the same phones. Paid with one card and it didn’t print a receipt. So I paid again with a different card. The card that didn’t print a receipt was charged. I have been trying to get my $ back ever since. Been 3 month. Last word I heard was I need to bring my bank statement showing they took it out. The owner was gonna write me a check. It wouldn’t be a big deal but I need my $685.19 back. The girl that was helping me is now at another store. So the other people there don’t know what’s going on.

- CBClovis T BlowpopDec 13, 20205.0Always being a Verizon customer because nothing else worked as well..or so I thought! Chykei helped every way she could, beautiful attitude, never got flustered. But at the same time Latasha made sure to keep everything stayed smooth & the change over went so well. I ended up dropping my $256 phone bill for one that may be better & I got 5 lines for $110. Im not begging anyone to come over to Cricket, I want all this great service for myself, but you can't go wrong with them. Thank you Chykei & Latasha, God Bless, you ladies are awesome!
