- KKKB4 days ago1.0Afterwaiting for 30 minutes for thr salesman to pull an item from the back for me and after hours of everything else being closed because I was asked to wait for him.to return with the item- I was finally told that they were out of stock when the sales assistant got through horsing and joking around with the store manager. Used to best buy was very helpful and a sure thing to have what you wanted but it sure has gone down hill the past few years. The geek squad is even a has been.

The first products we had delivered everything went great. Then we placed another order. Delivery people were rude and installed my washer incorrectly. The dryer delivered was defective. I have now been waiting 2 weeks for this product to be delivered. I have made 17 calls to the call center to follow up on this. Had numerous deliveries cancelled with no explanation. The call center is rude and unhelpful. They have lied to me several times. They have not solved the issue. Finally contacted someone who got in touch with the store. It took several emails to finally get a call back and was told “there’s not anything else I can do”. I was planning other purchases from Best Buy, but I will never buy there again.
